Rates

$150 per 60 minute session; $125 per 50 minute session; $60 per 30 minute session (all sessions offered virtually or in-person).

Insurance and Payment

Summit Wellness Counseling LLC accepts Husky Health. We are happy to provide you with a receipt so that you may submit to different insurance providers for reimbursement. Please contact your provider to discuss further.

We also accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
